What is the lifetime value of your customers?

 

What exactly does that mean? Do you think about the journey your customers are going to take once they enroll in your program? I spent a lot of my time when I started my business, opening dozens of programs, and stressing about finding new clients. However, in the last couple of years, I’ve changed my mindset around how I see the journey of each one of my clients.  

 

In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on how I structure my business and how you can ascend your current clients to make a bigger return on investment. We are building a well!

 

We are so excited to announce that, as of today, we are partnering with Charity Water to fully fund a hand pump well for the people of Malawi, Africa! About six months ago, we came together as a company and set a goal that by 2020, we would raise enough money to fund our first well project fully. Over the years, we had donated to this organization monthly, but this past year we made some significant changes to the company. 

 

We created our foundation, The Human Family Foundation, that makes donations to organizations like Charity Water, to help make a global impact. We also moved to a one to one model in the company. So with every new member that joins the Unstoppable Entrepreneur, we donate a portion of their tuition to our foundation.  

 

In this episode, I’m sharing all about the donation, our foundation, and three ways you can help create a bigger impact so you can grow your business! I want to challenge you to think bigger. Think bigger about how you can give back to our greater human family!

What is your relationship with money?

 

Most people have a negative view of having money or even making much money. Whether we like it or not, we need money. Not just to survive but to make an impact in the world. There are millions of people in the world that want to make an impact but don’t have the money to do so.

In today’s episode, we are talking to Money Manager, Monk, and CEO, Doug Lynam who is going to be talking about his story out of the monastery and how he started his journey in finance. Doug grew up with money his whole life, and it showed him some of the evils that go along with it. He choose to break the system decide to enter the Monk Monastery for 20 years. 

 

 Once the monastery went bankrupt, he discovered that poverty was just as painful as selfish materialism is destructive. In this episode is breaking down how interconnected money is and how being a monk prepared him for entrepreneurship.

I’m always telling my husband how lucky I am that I get to work with such amazing people as clients and the people on my team, but it was very intentionally cultivated. I intentionally repeal the energy of people who are looking for a quick fix and look for those who are looking for a mentor and know that success comes from hard work and focus.

72 days. That is how many days you have until 2020. 

 

I hope everyone has started planning their 2020, whether it's through business or personal. As the new year creeps closer and closer, I thought it would be a perfect time to talk about our vision board and bucket lists. Now, most of you are probably thinking... aren't they the same thing?

 

To me, vision boards are where I put my big dreams. I put photos of my big-picture items and dreams I want to accomplish in my lifetime. Vision boards are there to remind you of those big goals you are working towards all year. Your vision boards are all about your WHY, where is your bucket list is all about what you can do TODAY. 

 

In this week's episode, I'm talking about why your bucket list needs attention and what you can be adding to your list each week. Creating a bucket list is allowing yourself permission to engage in those little things that you can do, but just never gave yourself the chance to do it NOW.

Throw the confetti and let’s keep the party going! 

 

Today we are celebrating episode 501 of Unstoppable Success Radio, and I could not be more thankful for the support and love I have gotten since starting this podcast! It's a huge milestone for myself and my team, and on today's show, I wanted to take some time to reflect on that last 500 episodes. 

 

In today's episode, I'm breaking down five lessons I learned after doing 500 episodes of my podcast. This episode is a little sneak peek into my mindset and my approach to podcasting and business. The two strategies go hand in hand because whether it's the podcast or my business, I'm in it for the long term! 

 

I'm not in it for a quick deal or cash out. I'm in both my business and the podcast for the long term. Most people struggle the most with this because we live in a world of instant gratification. We expect the results to come in an instant; however, if you want consistent results and success, you have to change your mindset about how long it's going to take. My favorite quote to this day:

 

"Your overnight success was ten years in the making."

As most of you know, we just wrapped up our Live Launch Workshop. This last launch was one of the most successful launches our team has done. We onboarded almost a hundred new clients, and it was extremely profitable for us. However, one of the things we make sure we do every time, good or bad, we bring together everyone involved and debrief.

Let's talk about email marketing.

 

Since the beginning of internet marketing, building your email list has been the number one growth strategy. Anyone who is anyone told you that you have to get as many people on your list as possible. However, the only problem is that email open rates are a rapid decline. People are less and less interested in hearing from you or anyone via email.
