FITNESS: the one thing we all wish we were more involved with but have the hardest time actually doing it. Raise your hand if this is you (I know my hand is raised)!

 

In this episode we are chatting with Siphiwe Baleka who, after spending years training to swim professionally, took a different turn with his life. But it wasn’t originally a turn to entrepreneurship (yet).

 

Once he graduated school, Siphiwe got into the profession of truck driving. Noticing the weight he gained after just a couple weeks, a lightbulb went off and the result was-- a 13 week weight loss program for busy people who can’t get to a gym, don’t own the equipment in their houses, or don’t have access to healthy food markets easily.

 

Whether you’re a truckdriver, consultant, busy parent, or simply someone who wants to maximize the little time they have, Siphiwe created something anyone can benefit from.
