Once he graduated school, Siphiwe got into the profession of truck driving. Noticing the weight he gained after just a couple weeks, a lightbulb went off and the result was-- a 13 week weight loss program for busy people who can’t get to a gym, don’t own the equipment in their houses, or don’t have access to healthy food markets easily.
