• Start delegating your emails to other people on your team. This could be a part time assistant, an intern, or other members of your team. This will save you hours during the the week, you can then concentrate more time helping your clients and supporting your team
• Get some help at home. When we realize that we need someone to help us with productivity at work, we hire someone. Why not do the same thing for your home life? Just by getting someone to help out with the little things like cooking, yard work or cleaning, it can make a HUGE impact on your time.
• Finally, something we can all do...cut down on SOCIAL MEDIA. All the mindless scrolling and looking at cat videos, it ends right here! By cutting these things out you can save so much time in your day. You will see the change not only in your business but also in your family.
