She says that 2021 is a different economic and emotional landscape and that people should have their listening ears on as it relates to the people they serve. Lara says business owners need to allow themselves the time and space to process their feelings about the previous year.
Finally, Kelly asks Lara for tips and strategies for service-based business owners looking to get involved in product-based businesses.
